U.S. orders over $80 ship for FREE!
Orders below $80 ship for $4.95.
Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service).
UPS Ground service is $12, free on orders over $300. See some restrictions below.
Orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS Ground based on your choice during checkout. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS at our discretion. If so, your shipping costs will be adjusted to our normal USPS rates.
UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
USPS Mail delivers in 1-3 business days but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may be longer.
Orders shipped UPS Ground take 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to us in California.

| How has COVID effected shipping? |
Due to COVID-19, orders are shipping slightly slower than normal. Normally, orders ship within 1-2 days and most within 24 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and major holidays.

| Why might my order be delayed? |
During peak times and sales we may get behind on filling orders. If we get beyond a 48 hour period we try to keep you updated.
If your order is urgent please let us know and we will get right on it.

| Can I make changes to my order? |
We can only change or combine orders if notified within 1 hour of the original order. Orders start to get processed and filled often within minutes regardless of time or day placed.
We cannot combine pre-orders with regular store orders.

| Are there taxes added to my order? |
Taxes will be charged on most U.S. orders, excluding military addresses. Recent legislation has allowed states to mandate whether sales tax can be charged on online purchases shipping to their state. Most states have enacted laws to take advantage of this. Based on the shipping address of your order, we may now be required to charge sales tax. We know no one likes paying taxes but it is important that we adhere to all applicable state tax laws.
